Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. If you need to return an item, please contact us at support@ascensionemporium.net to receive instructions on how and where to send the item(s). Also, be aware that you are responsible for all related return shipping costs.
We do not offer exchanges. Before purchasing an article of clothing, we advise that you refer to the sizing charts that are included on our product pages (where applicable) in order to find your perfect fit.
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If either of these apply, please contact us at support@ascensionemporium.net within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.
